Schenae Rourk is CEO of Redwood Resources, a strategic procurement, diversity and inclusion consulting firm. The firm is a resource of information, connections and good corporate citizenship or community investment messaging for companies looking to procure public agency contracts. The firm provides outreach, community investment strategies and inclusionary program development, management and implementation on large construction, capital improvement and infrastructure projects.
The firm develops, implements, manages and oversees programs including mentorship, youth and community investment / corporate social responsibility programs that are innovative and inclusive to benefit impacted communities.

 

Ms. Rourk is active in the small business community and community at large. She is the current Chair of the Transportation Business Advisory Committee (TBAC) at Metro, a member of the BART Advisory Council, and the Advocacy Co-Chair Committee of BizFed. She is also on the Caltrans IOAI task force for small and diverse business growth and a member of the Los Angeles Business Council. She also serves as a Director of NAWBO-CA and is the immediate past President of the local chapter of National Association of Women Business Owners.
