Fatema Rizwana has had the unique experience of working with several leading global multinational organizations across diverse industries in Bangladesh, including Citi, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, CARE International, and Nestle. With the exception of one, she has led the HR function as a Management Committee member in all of these organizations, weaving a tapestry of growth and impactful change initiatives. She leveraged her strong analytical abilities and a clear understanding of the value chain in each of these organizations.
Throughout her career, HR transformation has been a consistent thread, shaping her experiences and driving her influence. From spearheading Global Business Excellence initiatives to conducting comprehensive country presence reviews, she has navigated diverse projects, making a substantial difference. Noteworthy achievements include orchestrating workstream and workforce planning for new Strategic Business Unit introductions and successfully negotiating historic long-term agreements with unionized employees.
Ms. Rizwana is currently pursuing a Consulting Track Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. This academic pursuit allows her to consolidate her knowledge and expertise, offering comprehensive insights for organizations seeking transformational success.
As an extroverted individual, she derives energy from the talent around her and makes a conscious effort to volunteer, remaining part of a compelling and stretching vision. In her commitment to giving back to society, she coaches aspiring professionals and mentors young female leaders as a Gallup-certified Clifton Strengths Coach.
